Belmer Belandres

Hello,

I'm the Head of Engineering of 23point5 — an end-to-end platform that lets creators design, manufacture, and ship their own fashion brands on demand, from a 3D design studio straight to cut-and-sew production.

Day to day, I build and scale the systems behind the platform — the design studio, the storefronts, and the pipeline that turns a single order into a made-to-order garment. I care about software that's quiet, fast, and obviously useful.

Fine. Stack these blocks — my best is embarrassingly high, and yes, it was achieved during "work hours." Beat it and we'll both pretend you read the rest of this page.

FAQs

Do you play computer games?

Absolutely. My Steam library is roughly 80% wishlist, 15% installed, and 5% actually finished — and that 5% is a personal best. The "just one more turn" problem is very real in this household, and it's usually settled at 2 a.m. by my keyboard, against my will.

Do you build your own computer?

Absolutely yes. I've cable-managed in the dark, lost a thumb-war with thermal paste, and spent entire weekends tuning RGB that nobody but me will ever see. If a part can be benchmarked, swapped, or quietly upgraded at 2 a.m., it has happened in this office. Don't ask how many fans is "too many" — there is no such number.

Do you watch anime?

Yes sir. Decades deep, watchlist still growing faster than my lifespan, and I will happily defend a slow slice-of-life over the latest hype show in any conversation foolish enough to start one. Subs over dubs — but I'm civil about it.
